This policy describes how we handle information collected through the website sellerazo.com and the application available at panel.sellerazo.com.
Name, email address, company, billing details and user account identifiers. Payment data is processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
When the Customer authorizes access to their advertising account through Login with Amazon, we process the data required to provide the service: advertising profile identifiers, campaign structure and settings, keywords and targets, bids and budgets, performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, attributed sales) and catalogue information relating to the advertised products.
This data belongs to the Customer. We process it solely on behalf of, and in the interest of, the Customer who granted the authorization.
Access logs, IP address, browser type and application usage events, necessary for security, traceability and incident diagnosis.

Isolation. Each advertiser's data is processed in logical isolation from that of any other advertiser.
No cross-advertiser use. We do not aggregate data across advertisers and never use one advertiser's data for the benefit of another.
No shared model training. We do not use a Customer's advertising data to train models shared with third parties or with other customers.
No sale of data. We do not sell, rent or transfer advertising data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Least privilege. Access to production data is restricted to personnel who need it to provide support or maintain the service, under access controls and two-step verification.
We may disclose data to providers of hosting, infrastructure, email, invoicing and payment services, always under a data processing agreement and with instructions limited to our purposes. We may also disclose data to authorities where legally required.
Our primary infrastructure is located in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, together with any supplementary measures required.
We retain account data and advertising data while the subscription is active. Following termination, we delete it upon the Customer's request or, failing that, within 30 days. Billing records are retained for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law. Security logs are retained for a limited period for traceability.
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit via TLS, encryption at rest, role-based access control on a least-privilege basis, two-step verification for administrative access, audit logging of actions performed on campaigns, and backups. In the event of a security breach posing a risk to data subjects' rights, we will notify the supervisory authority and, where applicable, affected individuals within the legally prescribed timeframes.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it, by writing to privacidad@sellerazo.com. We may request additional information to verify your identity.
You may also revoke the authorization to access your advertising account at any time from your own Amazon account.
If you believe processing does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The application at panel.sellerazo.com uses only strictly necessary cookies to maintain the session and secure access.
The service is intended exclusively for professionals and businesses. It is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will be published on this page with its update date, and we will communicate material changes by email or through the application.
