These terms govern the use of Sellerazo, a service provided by Evivo Consulting Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus under registration number HE 445653, VAT number CY60007785M, with registered address at Efesou 9, Paralimni 5280, Famagusta, Cyprus ("Sellerazo" or "we"). The subscribing user is referred to as "the Customer".
Sellerazo is a subscription software application that allows the Customer to manage and optimize their advertising campaigns on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display), and to review reports and analysis of their advertising and sales activity.
Sellerazo proposes changes to the Customer's campaigns together with the reasoning behind them. Unless the Customer expressly enables automatic application for a given category of changes, no change is executed without the Customer's prior approval.
To use the service, the Customer must hold their own Amazon advertising account and must authorize Sellerazo to access it through Amazon's authorization process (Login with Amazon).
The Customer represents that they own that account or hold sufficient authority to grant such access. The Customer may revoke the authorization at any time from their own Amazon account; revocation will prevent the service from being provided.
The Customer is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activity carried out from their account, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We recommend keeping two-step verification enabled.
The service is provided on a recurring subscription basis according to the plan and price in force at the time of purchase. Prices are stated in euros. Applicable taxes will be added in accordance with current legislation and the Customer's tax status.
Subscriptions renew automatically for equal periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and does not entitle the Customer to a refund of amounts already accrued, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

The Customer's advertising account data is processed in isolation from that of other customers, is not aggregated across customers, is not used for the benefit of any other advertiser, and is not used to train models shared with third parties. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.
We work to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance that temporarily affects access. Support is provided by email at soporte@sellerazo.com.
The service depends on third-party interfaces, in particular the Amazon Ads API. Interruptions, changes or limitations imposed by such third parties may affect the provision of the service.
Sellerazo is a decision-support tool. Advertising investment decisions and their outcome remain with the Customer. We do not guarantee any specific commercial results, sales volumes or profitability levels.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to the Customer for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data attributable to third parties. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The agreement remains in force while the subscription is active. Either party may terminate it as set out in clause 5. We may suspend or terminate the service immediately in the event of material breach of these terms, non-payment, or use that jeopardizes the security of the platform or compliance with Amazon's policies.
Following termination, Customer data is deleted upon request or within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy policy.
We may amend these terms to reflect legal, technical or service changes. We will communicate material changes with reasonable notice by email or through the application. Continued use of the service after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the rights granted to Customers qualifying as consumers under applicable consumer law.
